It had been almost 18 years since the oak shorts saw any professional refinishing. Pets and shoes and moving stuff around did not help keep a beautiful finish on my floors. It was time. I was thinking of giving up when I happened across Greg at Sandless. He came out promptly, told me he would be doing the work, and gave me a quote. Moving everything out is an awful experience but we managed it. Greg took his time, put in the proper amount of prep, repair, and replacing some tile with more wood shorts to give that 100% wood flooring we were looking for in this 1958 open floor plan house. The whole job took some time, we could stay in the house while the work was done because he used the water-based stuff in lieu of the old-school Swedish. Wow, did this turn out amazing. He was very accomodating to an unfortunate change in my schedule.  He worked tirelessly and made sure the job got done when he said it would.  I had terrible squeaks in the floor.  He took care of them.  I didn't remove the toe kick (as he said I didn't need to) and there was no damage to them at all.  I was very impress with the whole process.  My floors look amazing.
