I can't say enough good things about Greg, his team, and the service he provides! Professional, high quality, on time, reasonable cost, patient with the home owner, beautiful new wood floors AND zero mess. His wasn't the lowest estimate to sand and refinish our hardwood floors but all of the above reasons are beyond worth it to hire Sandless in Seattle. You won't regret hiring this true craftsman!Posted on Google
Steven Epstein88 days agoIt was a dark and stormy night. My wood floors had seen better days. It had been almost 18 years since the oak shorts saw any professional refinishing. Pets and shoes and moving stuff around did not help keep a beautiful finish on my floors. It was time. I was thinking of giving up when I happened across Greg at Sandless. He came out promptly, told me he would be doing the work, and gave me a quote. Moving everything out is an awful experience but we managed it. Greg took his time, put in the proper amount of prep, repair, and replacing some tile with more wood shorts to give that 100% wood flooring we were looking for in this 1958 open floor plan house. The whole job took some time, we could stay in the house while the work was done because he used the water-based stuff in lieu of the old-school Swedish. Wow, did this turn out amazing. I am so excited about the product. He comes highly recommended.+2Posted on Google
R. M. Wilburn102 days agoI bought a 100+ yr old house where the floors had not been taken care of for decades. Greg came and did the sandless refinishing along with a lot of color matching and did a fantastic job! I never would have thought it possible to have such gorgeous floors here, but now they are amazing. Highly recommend Sandless in Seattle!Posted on Google

Leanne Ng184 days agoGreg from Sandless in Seattle did an amazing job with my older wood floors. He was very accomodating to an unfortunate change in my schedule. He worked tirelessly and made sure the job got done when he said it would. I had terrible squeaks in the floor. He took care of them. I didn't remove the toe kick (as he said I didn't need to) and there was no damage to them at all. I was very impress with the whole process. My floors look amazing. If you need your floors done, he is your guy!Posted on Google

Jason Dennett330 days agoGreg and his team did an amazing job refinishing our walnut floors. We weren’t sure what they were going to look like under the old finish. Once they were sanded, Greg walked us through options to find the best new finish. The end result far exceeded our expectations.Posted on Google
